That seems to be the 4.9 litre Sunbeam that Jean Chassagne drove in the Coppa Florio on November 9, 1922. It came 4th and Anthony Heal tells us that, after an oil pipe broke, it ran on olive oil for the last lap.
The photo is said to be in the paddock and as the race was on the Circuito Madonie it would be in Cerda (Sicily of course!).
