Was this a car by Chris Bangle's great-grandfather, who designed this, the first 'bustle butt' car, where the rear end shape was such an inspiration for Chris's BMW designs of 1999/2000?  ;) ;) :D

 ;D. Oddly enough, the makers of this car did have a name for this style of bodywork, although that's not required for the point.
