What is the name of this car, and who was responsible for its unusual engineering?

Experts?
Strang ?
Pros?
Kumbang Special by Chris Summers.
As usual, one of my puzzles has been quickly solved when it reached the Pros. All correct, of course.
Chris Summers built and raced some rather unusual cars during his career. This was a hillclimb and sprint 500cc racer which was essentially a Marwyn F3 car to which Summers fitted, quite inexplicably, the front sliding-pillar suspension of a Morgan.
