For one point, what is this car, and who is responsible for its unusual appearance?

Only a correct, complete and specific answer will earn a point; tag-on's to other guesses will not. So, be specific and complete!

Another one I can't believe no rookie solved . . . This is a 1963 Thunderbird Sports Roadster customized by George Barris. Using side and rear deck trim similar to that used on Ford's full-size Country Squire station wagons and Kelsey-Hayes wire wheels, I believe he called it the " Thunderbird Woody".

Agreed!
