It is the Waßmann S 1.
  That's the beast, the S1 from the late 1980s.  Another point to you, and thanks for the additional images, as I've never seen the rear of this car before  :).

This company still exists today, building the HPV Plaisir human-powered trike!

The white car was the prototype with steel body. The red car is fiberglass-bodied, the moulds were taken from the white one. Some more pictures:
