It's a 1983 Stiletto Camaro, produced by the International Team of Designers (whaooo!) in 12 units.

it is indeed a 1983 Stiletto, but I have a different producer from you.
Locked for you to see if you can give the one I have..

I found two more names for the car:

"Beal Stiletto Camaro", designed by Beal Coach Works (owned by Mark Beal, living in California), based on a Camaro Z-28 from around 1983.

"Machiavelli 305 GTS 2+2", produced between 1985 and 1988 by Machiavelli Motors in Key Biscayne, Florida.

Oh, and I cannot resist to quote the original brochure:
"Exquisite taste, said Voltaire, is as rare as exceptional beauty-rarely observable, profoundly elusive, a joy to possess.  The designers from I.T.D. proudly introduce a rare blend of exceptional beauty and exquisite taste."

Beal Coach Works is the name I was looking for so it's time to give you your point.
This design seems to have been shared around!
I must admit to having had a wry smile when I read the reference to Voltaire and thinking at the time how far up their rear-ends their heads were...!

From Mark Beal himself:

"The name of the company at the time was International Team of Designers but it was Mark Beal (me) that did the actual design and prototype by himself. I also owned Roaring 20's Motor Cars which designed and manufactured the Corsair."

from a website about Camaro:
"Beal showed his first car, which he named the Stiletto, in Dec. 1983 at the Los Angeles and New York auto shows. He offered duplicates through his company. Roaring Twenties Motor Cars"

...and finally, there are several brochures for sale as "1985 Ferrari 308GTS Replica Pontiac Firebird Stiletto Brochure produced by International Team of Designers , El Cajon , California"

There was a 'Beal' in the same period 1981-1983 (Great American Coachworks, North Hollywood, California) and they produced the Phaeton ,a sort of Duesenberg clone...but I don't know if it's the same man.

I can't find any reference to Beal Coach Works (beside the description made in the ad by the seller) and I think this is the Beal designed Stiletto, built by ITD (International Team of Designers), and later by Roaring 20s.
