Looks reminiscent of the T57 rebodied by Saoutchik in the Schlumpf collection, any relation?

EDIT: Found it!

Bugatti T50 rebodied by Saoutchik's son, Pierre, in 1950 for supposedly Harry Hyams. Carries a 3.8l Jaguar motor, though it's not been seen since around 1975.

I was just busy telling you you'd got the wrong Bugatti when your Edit came in!
I suppose the car still exists but I don't know where it is.
It was Harry Hyams who developed the once-infamous Centre Point in Oxford Circus, London, of course.

Post war coachwork on pre war chassis is rarely successful. This one is an exception. Beautiful car.
