The company was named Automoviles Lamborghini Latinoamerica S.A. de C.V.

Was the car named after a god, like Zeus ?

Exactly. I have no evidence but I wouldn't be surprised if the other Anaconda featured in that document was also a student's project.

The Anaconda picture belongs to the Swedish Johan Olfsson, Snowboard designer.

Here you are the origin of pic #1 and 3, Zagato's proposals for a LM00# replacement.
Pic #2 is the one in Oguerrerob's post and there are no doubts about the last pic.
..and finally, the page where they claim it's their design!
