The sign in front says "Tokyo Exciting Car Show", and the major sponsor written on the windows is "Hayashi Racing". I found another picture of this car, but they claim it is a modified Pantera (in very few words).

Hayashi Racing is the name that I was looking for. Two points to sixtee5cuda. In the site that I´ve found the picture there aren´t a mention about a Pantera modified, but looking for the car obviously there is a Pantera under bits. So a pointe added to navara too.
