I don't know if this car has a name, at all.
I'd like to know the name of the builder and where he came from and what engine he used for this cutie.

It's German, but it's not Fiat powered.

I think it's from much later and according to my source it was featured in some very famous annual publication.
I can't confirm that though as I do not have that book..
