It is not a very hard puzzle. While other puzzlers have a lot of books on Italian cars, it seems my collection of books, booklets on French cars helps me to solve a lot of such puzzles

In 1959 a French engineer, Charles Cusson realized a coupe with Albert Come which was Peugeot 203 engined (pictured)
S.A.R.L. ACPA (Atelier de Carrosserie Plastique Automobile) was set up in 1962 to make this prototype in small series.
