You've got it.
Gijs Berk did it for the IVA in-house magazine in 1948, where I believe it was described as an Autobahn Cruiser.  Quite innovative for 67 years ago!

I had that pic with "IVA Driebergen" on it...looking for more I thought it was a design school  ;D
