A real long shot.  It's from Hesse, the company made motorcycles as well as cars and trucks, and very early on three wheelers.  So I'll try: Opel from Rüsselsheim.

Exactly! It is called Patent-Eilwagen and was built by Manderbach before they switched to licence-built Framo four-wheel trucks.
