Please identify the coachbuilder. I also know the model name of the chassis, but I don't know the manufacturer. And it is impossible to search for that model name. So if you ID the company that's a bonus point.

It is the Q Electric Vehicle, and the coachwork was done by the Associated Coachbuilders of Sunderland.
