The builder/brand does indeed appear in books, and has even been on AP too! But I've never seen another pic of this particular model

Mmhhh...I listed 2041 models from that book, 380 British, 60 from 1959 to 1970, 25 with no pics. 3 pics can be found in other books. Was the builder a manufacturers of 'Invacars', like AC, Harper, Invacar or Tippen?
