Bingo!  :)

This is Collicar Number 5, and part of its bizarre spec is that it's actually a three-wheeler! The two 'front wheels' you see are dummies to make it look like a 'proper' car! The engine was mounted to the front wheel and swivels with it.

Wow...I've seen the Collicar and the Chariot...ony 2 are missing now  :D.
