It's a Foulkes 2+2 coupé with Ford mid engine and plastic body. It was unveiled circa 1987. Found it totally by chance while browsing an old car magazine ! My source says it's called Impala but it's probably a mistake as it's the name of Foulkes' Fiat-based car.

Another source suggests that this may have been a Fiat based coupe of Italian origin that Foulkes acquired, but if anyone knows any more, please do post!
