For one point, name this vehicle, the man behind it, and the propulsion method used

Nothing from the Experts.

Is this an easy point for a Professional?

This is the Salamander Amphitrike by Atoy Llave from the Philippines, either powered by an electric motor or a gasoline engine.

(I had it in the pipeline, too.  :) )

And the point goes to Wendax.

The puzzle car is the electric-powered model, which has a white panel between the headlights, and lacks a fuel filler above the driver-side rear wheel.

Nice to see he made at least one powered by gasoline, and one by electricity.
