Can you tell me make, model and coachbuilder of this bus?

The first italian double-decker bus used by Azienda Brusutti in Venice.  It's probably a Fiat, but I don't know the coachbuilder.

According to the licence plate it was registered at the end of 1949. Assuming the chassis was new it is probably a Fiat 680 RN as it went in production in 1949.
It seems it was built in house by the operator. It was certainly not the first double decker in Italy as already in the early thirties ATAG in Rome were operating double deckers on Alfa Romeo and Lancia Omicron chassis (actually the Omicron was an incredible two and half decker)

That's right, despite "Brusutti Autoservizi e Autonoleggi" claim.  It was entirely built in the Brusutti engineering shop by its talented mechanics, under the careful supervision of Gino Brusutti.

Well....I hoped this would have last a little longer, but the correct answer has come quickly;  Pguillem got the correct picture, and Hiawatha added that the coachbuilder was the same operator, Azienda Brusutti.  So I think that it's correct to give a point each.   I suppose it's a Fiat 666 (because I don't know if Brusutti would have bought a new 680 chassis in 1949), but 680 could be right as well.
