It should be the Heinle & Wegelin Motordreirad from Oberhausen, built from 1897 to 1903.

According to my source it is a 1899 Heinle & Wegelin Motordreirad from Augsburg (!).

Yor point anyway, of course.

I just noticed the error in my source: it is Augsburg-Oberhausen.
