 So I'm starting my puzzles in the experts from now on because I've not seen a rookie for ages and they simply languish in that section before being promoted.

I'd like at least the name of this gentleman that built this vehicle, if you happen to have a proper name for the vehicle I'd very much like that too!

Do you know if he was located in the state of Massachusetts, or, if not, one of the the other states in New England?
