A Swiss buggy not built by Albar, Swiss Buggy (Fabino) or Franke? I don't think Sbarro was involved and Menix seems not probable. Is it a known name?

That's what I call dedicated research!  Yes, H & S Replica Cars was the manufacturer name I was looking for, so I guess this one can now be merged with the full, correct name.  Another point to Pal.
