If somebody wants to use GIS, reversing the picture doesn't prevent this. Even Microsoft Paint can re-reverse the picture.

Just reversing an image per se is not against the rules.
It only is when it serves to make an LHD car look RHD or vice versa or serves to confuse unfairly in some other way.
I often do it when it's a side-view and it doesn't make any difference, but of course never to reverse the position of the steering-wheel.
That's a good rule of thumb, I'll stick to that in the future.
Sorry if there's any puzzles that have been hard to solve for anyone due to an image being flipped.

I'm aware it can easily be undone, but it at least stops people simply right clicking and searching.
