It very much would!

Yes, this is a midget car built by Samuel A. Moorehead of Akron, Ohio for his children, though it was mentioned that two more were made for other customers. Power came from a 3hp Clinton motor allowing for ~20-25 mph top speed and it weighed 325 pounds.
