She'd be somewhat less impressed if she knew the actual weight of the car.  ;D

Yes homebuilt and oh so tantalisingly close with the name, but there's an important distinction to the name relating to the creator so I'll hold this one for you to figure that one out.

the information I have found is,Jim Root,was a automotive engineer from Kansas city,has built a car that can accelerate to 96 kilometers per hour,due to its five horsepower.It,s a cross between a car and a motorcycle.The wheels were taken from the motorcycle.The body is made of plastic.In the tiny compartment behind theseat is the engine. Jim Root calls his car "Rooster". Weighing only 90 kg,its cruising speed is 56 km/h.

That is certainly more than enough information to warrant the point!

The name I was looking for, and you may have misread somewhere, is 'Rootster' incorporating his surname fully, but clearly all the requisite info is there!
