From Wiki: The van was also produced in Vitoria, Spain, by Industrias del Motor S.A. (IMOSA) from 1954.
Tthe Spanish van from IMosa in this picture seems to be similar to the one in this puzzle

Could this be the factory in Yugoslavia? .......... Slovenian Moto Montaža (later Industrija Motornih Vozil) where the F89 Schnellaster was built under license?
