In that case the mid-70s Datsun Sunny Coupe (120Y, aka Pulsar in some markets).

I'm a bit confused as to what you deem to be a proper name and what you deem to be a model number?
Stanza?
Not a Stanza, nope.

A proper name would be "Bluebird" or "Auster", a model number would be "510" or "180B".

Rear window details are still puzzling, but could this be some form of Nissan Skyline mockup?

You are correct that this is a mockup, so details are certainly very different than the finished product. Not Skyline.
