EDIT: GeHa did produce between 1910-1923.

Those were built shortly before WW1, but I do not have more knowledge about this company.

I did some research and found this text:

The heaviest of these parcelcars is made by Gebhardt and Harhorn of Berlin. The lighter models are the product of the Berliner Electromobil Fabrik, also of Berlin. The Torpedo Motor Co., Hampstead Road, N.W., are the English agents for both the machines

So I think Wendax deserves a point for this.
