A Fiat prototype with 500 Giardiniera rear engine. Should be called the "Tipo 09" or something similar. I'll be more precise by tomorrow.
Built in the early '60, the purpose was to carry ammunition boxes for artillery.

Als 15: Correct!

Well you almost hit the number, but the basis is O.K. - sufficient for me.

Your point!

According to my source it is a Fiat "Typ 11"/"Tipo 11" army prototype.
The chassis came from Fiat Torino, the bodywork was made at the German Fiat factory in Heilbronn.

Right. The Tipo 11. However, was not exactly made by the Fiat factory (NSU-Fiat) but by the Fiat Forschungsabteilung, the advanced-engineering centre, that by then was in Germany to keep it more confidential than in Turin.
