Crikey, I can't imagine how you recognised that but that's what it is, yes.
It's a custom-bodied MGB that was For Sale in Toledo, Ohio but I don't know any more about it than that.  I have no idea who built it, just that the mechanicals were stock MGB.

At first I did not realized what it was, but when I looked more closely I saw the thin line on the side, the shape of the rear and of the door that were ringing a bell, and when I looked at the front light again it cried 'MGB'! :)
