That's the 1908 Grand Prix Itala, known as "Floretta" owned at the time of that photo by "Sam" Clutton and Jack Williamson.
Later owned by George Daniels and after his death was sold for 1.75 megaquid about three years ago.

Sorry but where does the "Clutton Special" bit come from?
"Sam" bought Floretta from J.S. Pole in 1936 according to his description of events in the early days of the Vintage Sports-Car Club. The four-seat touring body in that photo was fitted by H.T.L. Young in 1910 and it still had that post- (second) war when Clutton and Williamson had a more appropriate racing body made, so it sometimes looked like this:
