I think it was strongly connected with its driver, a certain Mr. George Duller.

I knew there was something familiar with that...
Actually that's the Marlborough-Thomas!
Equipped with an Hooker Thomas racing engine, 2 of them were made.
One was shown at the 1923 Olympia Show for road use (1st pic from Arunas' website) and it was driven in races by Thomas himself, George Duller and others (2nd pic).

My original contemporary source called it the Duller-Thomas Special.

I think that is worth another point for you!
