I'm guessing from your name, and may well be wrong, you could easily be from that part of the world.

Absolutely correct, it's the 4F, which could be used for Formula Junior, or for the Irish 1172 Formula.

Congratulations on your first point - nice to get another member who likes historic motor sport.
