A sketch for a Borgward Hansa 1500 Sport-Cabriolet that was never built, designed by artist Ernst Dietrich Haberland from Frankfurt a. M., Germany. He made that rendering during his time at K'lautern's Karosseriebaufachschule.

Looks very similar to a Borgward Isabella TS 'Schreiber' cabriolet, 1958.

Indeed it is a Borgward Sport Carbriolet from around that time so considered solved!

Not from 1958, but 1954;
not an Isabella, but a Hansa 1500;
not by Schreiber, but by Ernst Dietrich Haberland;
at least Borgward is correct.
