From its pristine condition in the photograph, I suspect this may be a reproduction. Nevertheless, I have internet sources that say it is a: 1903 prototype (perhaps the first, as the company wasn't organized until 1906) for a Babcock Electric car by the Babcock Electric Carriage Company of Buffalo, New York, USA.
