What's this, who designed it, who built it and when - for 1 point?:

It's a Serenissima but not the car to which you refer (which is pictured below), which has been puzzled here before.
Since you've got the marque however I'll lock it for you until your next reply to look further into.

That's more like it.  It's the first version of the Jet; the one which is the well-known restored car is, I believe, actually the 3rd version.
What beautiful cars these were..
