Well, I've found this car for sale on an italian website where it was described as having a Pininfarina body. I thought it was a bit easy for AutoPuzzles, I should have been more cautious...

Anyway, a further search made me found this car on an auction website where it is described as a 1938 Lancia Aprilia Cabriolet by (obscure) swiss coachbuilder Heber.
