Thanks a lot mekubb for the welcome message!

Regarding the year of manufacture, I have been searching for clues but haven't found anything really relevant so far. How long do I have until you unlock?

If I may ask for a nudge in the right direction, and since your answer implies that there are only two -easy?- possibilities, can the year of the car be deducted from something that can be seen from the outside? I was thinking about the number of exhaust tubes for example since there has been different engines fitted to that car along the years. Or should it be deducted from the look of the car. If yes to the latter question, then I think this body design is probably from the late thirties (as opposed to the early thirties).

mekubb

You are on the right track that the body has been altered, that explains the 2 possibilities for the right year. Still locked

AlexFrance

I am completely lost so please unlock!

I keep looking at the picture and can't find a single clue as to when that car was made. So my opinion is that it was either bodied/altered in the 30's or... much more recently (why not a complete recreation made in the 70's? That dashboard doesn't look quite right to me).

So my new question is: was the body made at the same period than the chassis?
