This one took some deep research, but I finally located it.  It is a: racing car by the Spaniard Cosme Salomó Vila called Salomó (later called Salomó I when a second car was built called Salomó II), from 1922.

4popoid gets a point for the complete answer.

The front suspension appears to include two transverse leaf springs.  I'm not certain what is going on with the rear suspension in the puzzle picture, it makes the rear track look very narrow.
