What car is this?  Include the name of the car, coachbuilder, and what car it is based upon.

I didn't recognize this car when I found it online, perhaps it is obvious to our Experts?

 I had got it as Ferrari 3z Zagato Spider and  I have found your photo as  FERRARI 250 GT SWB 3Z prototype by Zagato year 1971
