I think that could be a record car driven by Tommy Milton in Daytona Beach in 1920 equiped with a Duesember V16 engine consisting of two straight-eight engines. These engines were mounted in parallel with a common crankcase and two crankshafts geared to a single shaft. If it is the puzzle car Milton set a record at 156mph with this car but it was not recognised as a worlds record.
