What is the year, make, model, and coachbuilder of this strange old Phaeton?

The 1930 Rolls Royce Phantom II 40/50hp Dual Cowl Sports Phaeton. Coachwork by Whittingham & Mitchel of London.
A factory development car, with the emphasis on performance and obviously style. Glorious.

One point to Zerk for the correct answer.

I'm not fond of the looks of this car.  It seems kind of "busy", with the add-on trunk and the fender skirts.  I suspect it would look better in black.

Thanks for the puzzle. You are right about the accessories making the appearance "busy".  I just have a fondness for lots of windows, trim, visors, geegaws. I know they detract from cleanly designed coachwork.
