This car is called Large Spider and was build for Sheikh Hamad bin Hamdan al Nahyan.
It was made using parts from a Jeep Wrangler, Ford F550 and an International Lonestar truck.

I think it is called Black Spider, but otherwise this is a totally correct identification

At first I was not sure about the name as well.
But thus guy also has a six wheeled black Nissan Patrol and a white 8x8 Nissan Patrol. I believe these are called Black Spider and White Spider, which makes it more logical that the car in this puzzle is called Large Spider.
