As the mythical Rookies are not paying attention, maybe the Experts can solve this puzzle?

The car and the coachbuilder are both from France.

Not Hotchkiss (Hotchkins?), not by Letour et Marchand.
About the country of origin. The chassis was in all likelihood, produced in France. Not an entirely French company though.

I have seen a photo in a different color, but can it be a 1937 Hispano Suiza J12 by LeTourneur and Marchand?

Another point goes to Bill Murray for a correct answer.
I found a B&W image of this car first. It appeared to be painted mostly black. When I found the rear view in color, I decided it should be a puzzle.
