No, although there is a sort-of relationship..

This is the same I had found and i think the engine it is a Don Rawson freshly built Reliant 750, I have found a photo that I think it is the same car finished but nothing about its builder:

I don't know the actual builder either; I had misunderstood that the seller actually built it but it seems not.
The site didn't mention Don Rawson, but it did say it had Drawson Engineering transmission, so I suppose that's the same thing.
Neither of you mentioned what the car is described as but the caption on Serra's picture does say it, so I can hardly ask for it!
I'm in 2 minds whether to give serra the point as his picture gives the answer, but on the other hand I think it's fair when someone has most of the answer to give them the opportunity to dig further for the point, but nicanary didn't get the chance.

So on this occasion I'll give both a point, but I won't always do that!

Sorry I found the car, as well as the information regarding its components, easily on a sales page asuming that was austin 7 based. I was looking for the name of the builder that did not apear in the sales info to give the complete answer when nicanary gave his answer and I am sure that nicanary would have easily found it too.  I had found some pictures about a car that looked the puzzle car also with a reliant engine and its builder (Don Rawson) but nothing about the car builder so when I gave my answer I never thought that I was giving the  puzzle solution I was just trying to confirm that the engine was a reliant  and so in my search I had found the engine rebuilder that did not appear in the initial announcement and so I had tried various combinations looking for the builder and I could not found anything I thought that giving that information I could help to solve it.

No problem; it was quite easily solved as it looked like an Austin 7...!
