It reminds me a 1939 Zagato Lancia Aprilia spider… but I could be wrong...

I found a car that looks quite like it and that raced in Poland. It is described as being a 1948 Lancia Aprilia Barchetta Super Sport with a body probably made by its owner of the time named Marian Wierzba.
