I'm late to this game, but I think PJ may be correct that this is a Dixi, although I would lean toward an S-16 (6 cyl. under that long hood).

Dinos was quite successful in 1921/22 in the class up to 8 Steuer-PS. So my first guess would be a 8/42 PS, based on the 8/35 PS model.

It was the 8/35 engine.

The photo shows Dinos´ Direktor, Mr. Dunlop at the wheel of the 8/35PS Dinos Rennwagen at the Herkulesrennen Kassel 1924.

The only better illustration I have found is this SKF ad from 1925, which should resemble a simplified Dinos race car, I´m quite sure:
