I have it as an Homemade Electric car and according to someone who talked to the owner, he calls it "100% Woodstock".

Ah - I see you've found the only 'site where I can find this picture again..
There is the comment: "I asked the owner about it and he gave me a response that is 100% Woodstock" but I don't think that's the name of the car at all, though what it means I don't know (maybe one of our American members can enlighten us?)

When I copied the picture originally I actually had a name ("ElecCar") for it but I'm blowed if I can find it again, so maybe it's not a real name, just an abbreviation, and I can't find that site any more anyway; that's what I was originally lookng for but since I'm now not convinced that it's right I'm going to have to declare this solved but really without much information.

The name ElecCar is the name of the pic from that site...I thought it was just an abbreviation.
When I saw this puzzle I thougt it was a repost...it's hard to forget those ...things!
I don't think it was featured in any other places, I looked for it when I found it and found "0".

OK, maybe that is the site I got the picture from - I didn't make a note of it!
I did try downloading the picture again to see if it was just an abbreviated caption but it didn't come up with that name again..

If you just leave the cursor over the pic it shows that name  ;)
