I found that Manessius, a coach builder I was not earlier familiar with, built a wide range of car bodies over quite a span of years.
Apparently, they were a "House" builder for Citröen for a period of time in the early/mid 1930's and built a small series of the type of car shown in your puzzle. I found a couple of other examples earlier in the week that were similar but not exactly the same car and then about 5 minutes ago I found your car which is still existing. Very pretty vehicles all of them.
