It looks a BOND but, having the handwheel at the left, makes me think on the mainland Europe, could it be a sample of the ERLA-BOND mde in Denmark under license?

Not been a derivative of the BOND the alternative could be HAARGAARD from 1950 and engine ILO 250 c.c.
